Ness Valley has been set up to provide people in the Highlands with a quick, easy and alternative way to shop during COVID-19. The service is available in Inverness and surrounding areas as either ‘Home Delivery’ or ‘Click & Collect’.
In the wider Highlands, people can shop in the many retailers we supply to across the area. A list of these locations can be found here.
Alternatively, a growing number of community drop-off points are springing up around the Highlands. These allow people in rural areas to place individual orders with us and pick these up at designated places.
Whether your groceries are delivered direct to your door, via a local drop-off point or through a rural retail shop in the Highlands, they all have one thing in common – all deliveries are made using a modern fleet of refrigerated vehicles. This ensures maximum freshness and food safety.

How it works:
If you live in Inverness and surrounding areas or are covered by one of the community drop-off points, contact us on 01463 242424 and one of our friendly staff will help get you set up. They will take some basic details and advise how to use the Ness Valley online portal.
Once you have your joining instructions, hit the SHOP NOW button below. This will take you to our online ordering system, where you can select your groceries and choose your preferred delivery option. Our Frequently Asked Questions page provides further details of how Ness Valley operates.
Food deliveries in other areas
If you are not covered by any of the areas we support, you can still get in touch. We will keep a note of your name and contact details and let you know if a new solution is set up in your area in the future.

We aim to deliver within 48 hours and provide our service six days a week for those in the Inverness and surrounding areas.
Our system of placing your order on Day 1 for a Day 3 delivery means your order will be with you in around 48 hours.

Please note: Orders placed on a Friday are delivered or available for pick-up from our premises on a Monday.
The Ness Valley ordering system uses an e-commerce solution that has been primarily designed for a wholesale business. We have rapidly re-designed it for consumer use in light of COVID-19. Please bear this in mind as the registration process is slightly different to traditional online ordering platforms. You can be assured that your payment details are 100% secure.
